Sponsorship Sales Director

The Sponsorship Sales Director will be responsible for developing new business relationships and securing sponsorship and exhibition investment on a number of conferences. You will need to be a strong relationship builder and already have had success in pitching to senior decision makers; the candidate must also enjoy arranging and attending external customer meetings and social and networking events. You will need to go to international meetings and events and be a face of this growing brand.

Sponsorship Sales Director Requirements:

  • A proven track record in a B2B sales environment (2 years +)
  • A solid understanding of event sales processes
  • Strong closing abilities
  • Fantastic new business development skills
  • A disciplined approach to pipeline management
  • Able to identify new commercial opportunities
  • Able to present articulately and coherently to potential and existing partners
